Visit to Annapolis

We headed down to Annapolis this past weekend to visit David's aunt and uncle - Stephanie and Bill. When we first moved to Philly they lived only 20 minutes from us - they were here temporarily for a job until their new house in Annapolis was complete. It was so nice to have them close by! But alas they did move and now have a beautiful new house on the water. The drive is only about 2.5 hours so not too bad. Look out Steph and Bill we might be visiting a lot!!
This is the back of the house as seen from the water's edge.

We went into Annapolis for the day on Saturday to eat and do some sight-seeing.
At the capitol building.

Watching the boats in the harbor.

Helping Daddy push the stroller - a favorite activity.

The sun is hurting my eyes, Daddy, give me those!

Visiting the Naval Academy - Cousin Taylor was there somewhere!

Back home, going for a ride on Uncle Bill's tractor...

On Sunday, the girls went for a walk down to the water's edge to look at the geese, ducks, and birds. The boys went for a ride in the kayak. We even got to watch a seagull attack a crab in an effort to have breakfast. The bird won.

We even checked out the big red canoe while we waited for Daddy to come back.

What a fun weekend!
