The Silvers: Visit to Georgia

Arden and I just returned from a wonderful visit to Georgia. She did very well on the plane flight - mostly just slept the whole time. Going to Atlanta we were very lucky as we had a three-seater with the middle seat open, plus Daddy was there to lend a hand. Traveling back to PA was a little more interesting as I was by myself with Arden but she still did just fine and only fussed a little bit. The guy beside me actually said at the end that she traveled better than his wife who was afraid of flying - ha ha!

David went for the first few days but then had to return to PA for work. The three of us hung out in Atlanta to start the trip and Arden got to meet many of our Atlanta friends. David went to the GT vs Clemson game while Arden and I went to watch the game with some of my great friends from college - Valerie and Crystal. Arden got to dress up for the first time in her GT gear and she got to meet Valerie's little girl Mackenzie.

Then we headed out to Monroe to visit with the family. Arden got to visit with Nana and Grandpa and got to meet my Grandparents. We finally got a picture with Uncle John as well - he only got to see her for about an hour when she was born and then he had to leave to catch his flight home. She got to meet other aunts and uncles and cousins and one of my very good friends from high school. I think she got a little bit spoiled as so many people were around to hold her all the time but that's okay. It was a busy but fun trip!
