2 Months!

It's hard for me to believe but Arden is now 2 months old - she reached this milestone on Monday. We've had a lot of fun together over these past two months and it is amazing how much she has grown. Just in the past 2 weeks she has really started smiling a lot which is just adorable, she has found her hands as she likes to eat them all the time now, she has "straightened out" - no longer in the complete frog position anymore, and she loves to talk! She wakes up with a smile on her face and starts talking to me when I come in to get her. She is very interested in her surroundings - stares and stares at everything around her. David is happy because she loves the water at bath time - she actually cried last night when I took her out. Can't wait to get her in a pool!

Arden had her two month visit to the doctor on Monday and of course we had to get the first round of shots which was not fun. She screamed and screamed and I felt terrible! But after about 5 minutes she calmed down and slept most of the afternoon. Here are her growth percentiles for this check-up:

83% for weight - 12lbs 2 oz
41% for length - 22 inches
93% for head circumference - 16 inches

So she is a big girl with a big head! ha ha!  We are happy that she is doing well!
