Please Touch Museum

Well when one can't sleep - blog! I woke up around 4 this morning and wasn't able to fall back asleep so I thought I'd catch up on some blogging while I can.

We have this awesome museum in Philly called the Please Touch Museum - it's a museum just for kids. It has 2 levels of fun for the little ones - they can play in the water area with boats and ducks, go through the Alice in Wonderland maze, go shopping at a kid size grocery store, pretend to serve up some food at McDonald's, or take a ride on the carousel among other things. Arden loves it! We ended up getting a year membership and have been several times now. I'm also thinking this will come in handy when Arden needs a break from the house with two screaming babies!

Here are some pictures from our first visit:

Having fun on the slide

Jumping on the lily pads - when we went last week Arden jumped on the pads and said "Yibbet! Yibbet!" her version of being a frog that says Ribbet!

Anyone remember the movie "Big" with Tom Hanks? Well this is the piano from the movie that was in the FAO Schwarz sceen.
